Founder of Waymakers Immigrant Services (WIS) Organization Assyl Akimeyeva brings 20+ years of experience, working with integration of high-risk populations to successfully assimilate into society.

 

Prior to immigrating to the United States, Assyl Akimeyeva implemented the “Revival” program in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This internationally praised program, recognized by the UN, was highly effective at integrating at risk people to become productive members of society.

Foundation Mission

Effective aid in social adaptation of children and young people from socially unfortunate segments of population, including those, who have had conflicts with the law.

Center of adaptation for young people,
released from prisons is working since 2006.

After completing the full course of programs of adaptation, youngsters are able to successfully find their place in society.
